the orginal iron banner that would happen. but now you have to be lvl 20 to enter on you own. but if you have not played the iron banner bungie changed how it works a little. look up the "nerf curve" it is intriging

If your in someone's fire team I think it will. Or at least you used to. Not only did I face the Lv 7 (hunter) but two matches later there was a Lv 5 Titan in there. The 5 was not good.
