The United States military vs 3 guardians
This shitty post got enough attention that it is now a bump for survival mode post.
All of you have bumped for survival mode. Thank you.
Edit: once again thanks for the overwhelming support for survival mode guys. I know we all want to see this happen.

The U.S military, with enough funding to exploit the technological revolution we are going through right now could defeat the darkness without the Traveler's help. All those drop ships are sitting ducks that an F-16 would make short work of, this doesn't even mention the F-35 Thunderbolt (the world's most advanced air war-frame). Add in tanks, the Navy S.E.A.Ls, and if all else fails, the nukes and our military (with greater funding) outshines the war technology of destiny by miles. I'd love to see an interceptor or pike try and take on an Abraham. It would be hilarious.
