Feeling obligated to use your Gjallarhorn?
In every raid there comes the point where people ask who has Gjallarhorn. I say yes. Then if I'm not using it people get so mad. I actually don't like having it equipped all the time. I use it but I find other exotics much more fun to use. You?
Edit: wow, I see I'm not the only one feeling this way.
Edit 2: I always get a ton of crap for saying this but I prefer my thunderlord over my Gjallarhorn. The guns a beast.

I use my gally probably more then I should I keep a surplus of 600 heavy ammo synth, I buy from gun smith, or Xur when he has them and just use them on everything I run, missions, nighfall, raids. I use it because I try to run everything quickly and I find it easier to dispatch lots of enemies quickly, and I like to shoot and forget and keep running.

They either made gjallarhorn too good, or the other launchers not good enough. I feel like I have to use my gjallarhorn simply because it has the highest dps. Like when I did the Nightfalls for this week, I didn't even give it a second thought. This one group of randoms I was playing with downed the archon priest before I could even fire off all seven of my rockets.

I have hunger on my hunter and Titan because they have something else to offer in hard mode. Warlock gets the ghorn because once you leave the starting room they have nothing left to offer. Orbs sure, but gunslinger and FoH makes just as many off the knights.

Just got my gally a couple weeks ago after about 300 plus hours. Just got it completely leveled the other day. I love it!! It is so fun to use. I will pull it out to annihilate just about anything. Dont care. So much fun.

I feel ya. But at the same time it's the opposite to those that doesn't have it. It is frustrating to be ask if you have it when you don't. Luckily for me, I got two yesterday in two VOG runs, amazing. So I guess I'll be in the other side of the fence now...

Sometimes people ask, who has the strangers rifle.... And I kinda say..... I do.. And they basically force me to use it.......... I rip a whole into those witches saggy ( . ) ( . ) 's, and serve tea. But sometimes I feel like people just play with me because of my strangers rifle.

I use whats best for the raid and my gallys are best for the raid. If I want to dick about with other guns I do that on strikes, nightfalls etc. If I'm in a raid I'm pulling my weight. Not using using the best weapon for the job because you don't want to in a team game is just selfish.

It sucks when you cant find a group unless your 32 or have max gally. My 31 titan can do crota normal, and hard. Yet no one will take a 31 into crota. Its lame. I like ice breaker better than gally, but others seem to think gally is god.

11 답변You have the right mindset. A lot of others ONLY will have gjallarhorn equipped as a heavy. I only use it on HM Crota about half the time. I like that against all odds.
