Feeling obligated to use your Gjallarhorn?
In every raid there comes the point where people ask who has Gjallarhorn. I say yes. Then if I'm not using it people get so mad. I actually don't like having it equipped all the time. I use it but I find other exotics much more fun to use. You?
Edit: wow, I see I'm not the only one feeling this way.
Edit 2: I always get a ton of crap for saying this but I prefer my thunderlord over my Gjallarhorn. The guns a beast.

I'm more of a situational player. I love my gally but I don't NEED to use it. In most cases I'd prefer my ice breaker and now that I've maxed out both of those exotics I think I'm going to be grinding out my thunderlord.

I've always tried to use my MIDA as much as possible. I just love the way the gun feels and the speed perk gives me the ability to max out my recovery and armor and still fly around all over the place. I usually will switch to GHorn and my NiTC right before boss battles in strikes though. But every time I switch to it, it definitely feels like an obligation. I just feel like everyone else would rather me use it.
