I like it, I was actually thinking this morning on the way to work a hand cannon that left a solar flare or a nova bomb after a kill would be kinda cool... people below are right though, something like this would be way op... Awesome idea and concept art though

I'm playing with Thorn and Hawkmoon and 80 % of my kills are precision kills. I believe most players using HC have it similar. That would mean that anyone precise enough could generate solar flares faster than warlock with radiance. You should nerf it to be more balance. Use combustion instead.
