A few things ive noticed with nightfall drops. 1. It s always the same gun/shards/energy/coins/gear. 2. Everyone in the party gets the same thing. Example: 1st run. 1 titan, 1 warlock, 1 hunter. Our team of 3 stomped the sepiks prime nightfall, no deaths everyone had nearly over 100 kills. What do we all get? We all got Devil you donts, 2 of them with the exact perks on them. 2nd run. 1 warlock, 2 hunters. Same game as the first pretty much but better time. We all get up for anythings. 2 with the same perks. Ok?? Anyone have an idea why this is happening? 2 of us already had devil you donts and i already had an up for anything with way better perks than the nightfall drop one, which none of these weapons were in our inventories during the nightfall. Edit 1: It seems from the replies ive recieved, 1 way to get your own independent weapons and not the same one somebody else gets is to solo the nightfall, not saying this will work, but some of the solo artists are getting better stuff besides 5 shot handcannons...Soloing is not impossible but not fun either.. Edit 2: Some tricks that may help i learned from Sony. -Disconnect everything from wi fi -Have a refresh signal sent to modem from service provider. -Clear cache on psn browser If that doesnt work -line in -clear cache through int browser from psn menu -Refresh modem What sparked this idea was sony told me sometime back that things can block drops, stuff purchased, unlockable content etc etc from coming through if your cache is full or modem ram is full. So keep it cleared. A few weeks ago my power went out due to crappy weather. When my internet came back with power, 8 hrs later, i had a refresh signal sent to my modem from my service provider. In the next 24 hrs i got a gally and a red death. Gally from crota on hard, red death from atheon normal. It was either coincidence or that worked. I was still wi fi and didnt clear cache before that either. Just refreshed modem. Ill keep you guys posted on what i get. If you try any of these reset techniques and get stuff, please post it here so we can all learn together. (Ldr 5001) -Beat crota on norm got (Dragons breath). -Cryptarch package gave me a legendary engram (monalyath bleed for warlock) -Decrypted random blue engram from patrol got auto riffle (Dogooder).
