작성자: sergeantawesome 3/2/2015 6:22:17 PMWhen I level up a new piece of gear all my characters go back to 31... It's respect for the player as a human, and about not making judgments. Making those hasty generalizations that "all 32s are assholes" or whatever is a good way to lose my respect though.

작성자: musicboy345 3/2/2015 6:26:52 PMTo me if your a 31 and know what your doing or willing to try then "Welcome to the team". Its all about your effort to me. I have seen better 31s then 32s. I have also kick 32s and have 31s replace them . But the exact opposite I have done as well. Kicked 31s who put no effort and replace them with 32s who put effort.

Respect can be earned, my first CE hardmode completion was with my 31 Titan. I was running VOGhard with some folks and they said who wants to run CE hard? I mentioned I was a 31, they said that's okay you've proven yourself. Give respect, get respect but don't expect respect. Remember you can be a 31 without any raid completions, and people won't always check your gear. Have your weapons maxed and a way to regen health

Yes some do. Me and a few friends purposely try to take new raiders level 27 to 29 and take them thru crota normal to get them hear and raid experience. You don't need a gall. Tracking launchers are nice but not necessary. If no tracking shoot at crotas feet.

작성자: Huck1eberry_001 3/2/2015 6:04:30 PMIts not dis-respect as it is more of an annoyance. The annoyance stems from the fact that most of the 32s grind their way from 31 to 32 by doing crota's end in normal (where there's only 2-3 shards per drop at each ck pt.) Now the hard mode is out, the material doubles the newly mending 31s can get to 32 faster and by-pass a lot of the grind, therein lies the rub. I'm in the same boat as you just need a few more shards to be 32. Be patient, if you happened to be with a good team who can help you in HM...great. If not, keep doing normal you'll get there.

I don't mind. Because I know being a 31 has nothing to do with skill level... It's all about armor drops. I had 2 32's and a 31. I had everything but a chest piece for my 31, I just got that last week. I participated in pretty much every raid since TDB release.

Haha just a side note, I find a lot of people who are like "what's wrong with 31's?" Have at least 1 31 (just funny, doesn't reflect my opinion or my view of them, just something i observed). That being said, it doesn't matter, it's hilarious when a 31 out performs a 32 in like a ROC strike and you can hear the excuses pouring out over the mike from the 32 (im just screwing around, oh lightswitch I forgot, where did he come from?!). It's really just drops, and some people don't get their drops, I got mine and am fortunate but some haven't so I can't disrespect them. 31s are fine in the raid, it's not too much a difference. Overall they're isn't too big a difference, it's just really funny when 32s suck (myself included).

I have 3 different classes, and they all just reached 32 within the last week. I know a lot of 31's who are stuck simply because they haven't had the drops they need to reach the coveted 32 or are still looking for shards. However, being a 31 does not make them any less of a player. If anything, I've seen some really awesome 31's and 30's even who can hold their own and are of great benefit to any team. At the same time, some 32's know exactly what they're doing while some struggle throughout a strike or raid. You'll have your strong performers and weak ones regardless of level. I really believe that Grimoire score and level don't really mean a great deal when it comes to skill level. It's like a reading someone's work resume; anyone can look great on paper (2500+ Grimoire or 32) but you almost need to see them perform to get a true sense of their abilities.

No matter what level you are, I have respect for you. We all have been in their shoes whether they're a level 9 and trying so hard to get to level 20 so they can wear Light armor, or if they're a level 30 just trying to get that one helmet or shards. We have all been there. We know that struggle of how leveling up can be sometimes. 32s should be the most helpful and respectful. Because again, we all had to start a new character from waking up from the dead to kicking Crota's ass. Be kind to level 30s and level 31s. Because that was us at one point.
