How can I get galihorn and ice breaker?!

For some reason I have been looking for an ice breaker cause I needed it for a gun sponge boss! And I don't need any ammo! That's incredible!!! Also a galihorn for corta and shoot it UNTILS it's death! Please REPLIE I need to know how to get these the easyest way to buy or fing one really fast!!! Thx for your replies they can be really helpful! Also come join my Xbox one clan I need some clan mates or join my clan and follow! Level 31's or higher

I just got the gjallahorn from a chest in the Vault of Glass raid on level 26! I am pretty certain that it is just random luck anywhere though. Good luck!
