Thank you to everyone who reported their issues. We've been doing a lot of data gathering surrounding this issue, and your input has been incredibly valuable. So valuable, in fact, that we have found a cause for the problem and are preparing to deploy a fix so your gamertag information shows up on your Bungie.net profile.
Many of you will find that your Xbox Live gamertags are now appearing on your profiles, and you can access your Destiny account information; you've likely been a part of our science experiments if that's the case. If you still can't see your gamertag and Destiny info by the end of the week, the most likely cause is that you are not on the correct Microsoft account that has your Xbox Live information.
If your gamertag info is still not showing, you can troubleshoot the status of your Microsoft and Xbox Live info [url=http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/microsoft-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution]here[/url].
You will hopefully find that you indeed used a different Microsoft Account. If that is the case, create a new Bungie.net profile with the correct account. If it is not the case, we have seen issues where something in Microsoft's system is not properly reporting your gamertag to Bungie. In this case, Microsoft support has been able to work with customers to resolve this issue.

That is a [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12285]WebGL problem on your browser[/url] or a hardware issue with your mobile device. Feel free to make a[b] new thread[/b] about it under #Help and #mobileissues. Be sure to include your device platform, OS, OS version, and app version (you can find it under the about tab).

1. yes 2. no 3. yes 4.yes 5. Xbox one and Xbox 360 (Microsoft sign in) I have an Elipsys 7 android tablet on the Verizon wireless network and it was working just great showing my character. Now it just shows a silhouette. I have an Samsung Galaxy note 2 and that never worked. The destiny App from the Google play store. The character is showing up just fine on the Bungie.net site but will not show up on my Elipsys 7 tablet on the bungie.net site or the Destiny app.

I have been using the companion app for months on my iPhone 4s and it works great. Even better with the vault update. I have never been able to see more than a silhouette of my characters. I did notice recently that my kids (who have the app on their iPod 5s) can see the artwork of the characters. Maybe my older phone is just outdated for all functionality of the app. Thanks and keep up the great work!

I've always had the shadow with an exclamation mark over it on the companion app, I use a galaxy S3, but I've seen numerous posts about other guys using this phone model and having their characters visible. Will be sure to check out the links on your description to see if it rectifys anything. To be honest though, rest of the app works perfectly so not much of a problem really. Can see why it would be handy though.

After being logged into the website from a PC (Firefox Browser) and then opening my companion app on my iPhone 5, my web browser becomes unresponsive and Java seems to be crashing/freezing!! I am losing trust in the companion app after the previous Weasel error codes!! Please help restore this Guardians faith!!
