Thank you to everyone who reported their issues. We've been doing a lot of data gathering surrounding this issue, and your input has been incredibly valuable. So valuable, in fact, that we have found a cause for the problem and are preparing to deploy a fix so your gamertag information shows up on your Bungie.net profile.
Many of you will find that your Xbox Live gamertags are now appearing on your profiles, and you can access your Destiny account information; you've likely been a part of our science experiments if that's the case. If you still can't see your gamertag and Destiny info by the end of the week, the most likely cause is that you are not on the correct Microsoft account that has your Xbox Live information.
If your gamertag info is still not showing, you can troubleshoot the status of your Microsoft and Xbox Live info [url=http://support.xbox.com/en-US/my-account/microsoft-account/forgot-microsoft-account-solution]here[/url].
You will hopefully find that you indeed used a different Microsoft Account. If that is the case, create a new Bungie.net profile with the correct account. If it is not the case, we have seen issues where something in Microsoft's system is not properly reporting your gamertag to Bungie. In this case, Microsoft support has been able to work with customers to resolve this issue.

That is a [url=https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/12285]WebGL problem on your browser[/url] or a hardware issue with your mobile device. Feel free to make a[b] new thread[/b] about it under #Help and #mobileissues. Be sure to include your device platform, OS, OS version, and app version (you can find it under the about tab).

Try to signing out then signing in again but same issue. Try also to unlink an link my Xbox account several times. My account is still linked but i can't see anything (grimoire, stuff etc.) Gamertag : Pp79

I am an IT professional I follow directions and this still doesn't work. So my question is this going to be a it is a Microsoft issue as then they blame it on you guys because if it is, this really isn't worth my time then.

(1) Just started playing Destiny and signed up for a new account. Neither the android app nor the website pick up my xbox live gamertag. (2) I have never had a Bungie account before (3) yes (4) yes, I only have one (5) xbox 360 I also tried to sign out / sign back in. No luck. Thanks for trying to resolve the issue. The added content from the application would be great. Michael

My XBL friends list in both Bungie.net and Companion App was fixed when I linked Facebook to my linked accounts. Prior (days to a week) to the linking of Facebook I had unlinked and linked XBL Account. So try linking Facebook (if you have an account) and see if that works.

I Have a Samsung Galaxy S2. I have been using it with my Companion app, since game release.My app currently says with a triangle warning sign, "Android Device not supported", and I have seen my character(s) before! Some of the Destiny players don't always update their smart phone devices because a newer device comes out, what we have still works. For that fact, shouldn't our equipment still be supported? Now, If this were to be a Rant! ARE YOU TELLING YOUR PLAYERS THAT THEY HAVE TO BUY NEWER EQUIPMENT TO ENJOY USING YOUR CONTENT? If that were the case, your content would have been on next gen ONLY!!

It has always worked for me up until today... I sent a item from my vault to my guardian and it worked perfectly... then about 5 mins later I was going to send somthing else but I can no longer see anything to do with my guardians... have tried logging in and out ect but so far no luck

Signed out and back in again today, and it randomly just worked! So, that is exciting. This appears to prove your hypothesis, I've made no changes to my account since my original post, and am on the same device. Thank you for the support, hope there is a better "fix" for those still having difficulty
