4 답변작성자: SpuffMonkey 2/28/2015 9:33:27 AMHeavy ammo fix is awesome! Finally I can not worry about when to pop a synth Access to vault via bung.net is cool, but does ignore the cry for more space Havent played enough to comment on the weapon buffs/nerfs. Red death actually killed stuff on hard Crota last night so maybe not all bad. The new drop down to see factions progress is pretty pointless imho - there are more pressing issues need attention than gui updates I avoid pvp unless I have to play for an exotic bounty, so not really fussed about what happens there. Anything to make it less of a chore

2 답변I think the main problem is that you werent clear enough (lied?) about the 2.5%. Hard Light is a high rate of fire AR and received far more than a 2.5% damage nerf...

I like some of the changes made in this patch such as matchmaking on weekly strikes and the pulse rifle buff, but there are still many unresolved issues... First there was no need to nerf every other weapon while buffing pulse rifles. Suros Regime is practically useless in PvE and takes nearly my entire clip to kill anything around level 30+. Next keep PvP and PvE updates separate. Other MMO's do it, so why can't you?. Another thing add matchmaking to nightfalls and the raids! Every other self respecting MMO does this already. Stop trying to justify why you won't, because no one is buying that BS. Give us more inventory space for our items. Let us convert our ascended materials into radiant or lower the rank required to buy them from Eris from rank 4 to say rank 2. Finally let us skip cut scenes or change inventory between characters on our ship instead of forcing us to go to the tower everyone we forget something. The app update is nice, but now apply that to in game as well. Finally fix your loot system. Why is it in PvP especially that the worse player gets rewarded and the top gets nothing? Why does the cryptography guy randomize the item we receive? I don't have a titan, but I keep getting titan gear from it. To finish that off too make exotic engrams drops from say bosses in nightfalls or the raids even if it's a small chance instead of saving up each week to get trolled by Xur who also needs to stop carrying the same stuff virtually every week.

작성자: ArchetypeKnight 3/1/2015 1:44:28 PMI want Bungie to know all you did is make pulse rifle the new trend and autos useless. You guys really don't know crap about weapon balance; how about you play your PvP for a day and experienced what I'm talking about.Red death is the new Suros Ragime alternative. I really tried not to whine about this but I couldn't stop myself. Balance: a condition in which different elements are equal or in the correct proportions(You guys are not achieving this by all means; I wonder if you guys test out your nerfs and buffs) For a company that made Halo the best PvP game I've ever played you sure messed up with Destiny. As a guy who enjoys your game I beg you to balance the weapons just like in Halo or have a custom match making system.plz

update sucks it amazes me that in the modern age people are so -blam!-ing stupid pulse rifles needed a buff simple ez fix buff pulse rifles make them on par w/ auto and scout rifles as far as DPS goes. But NO bungie has to go and -blam!- up not only auto rifles which where fine by the way they go and -blam!- up hand cannons while they are at it. my question is why they are sitting on terabits of data that say a simple buff is needed to pulse rifles and something is wrong w/ shotguns in the PVE environment and the ONLY thing so called professionals can come up with is this turd sad really really sad. with the epic amount of players who have stopped playing this game & used copies selling for 10 bucks in places you would think a company that spent 1/2 a BILLION dollars developing this game would be way more competent & on top of things

Leave pulse rifles where they currently are . You fixed them . Good job. However, You messed up ars and hand cannons badly. Read the feedback forums, people are bummed out. If you buffed them back up to where they were exactly all the primary weapons would be good. My 2 cents. Worry less about crucible , and more about the pve players.

Good update, a couple problems though. 1: The Hand-cannon Range nerf. The problem with this nerf was that it was to keep hand cannons from sniping, but the thing is, only a few hand cannons can do that (thorn, hawkmoon, Timur's lash, or if you get a lucky "send it" perk). The damage falloff is extreme, to say the least, with my bad juju having half the range of my hand-cannon, but the cannon will lose approximately 100 damage (body-shots) from damage falloff, where juju still deals full damage. The damage drop-off should be enough to prevent long range sniping, but not prevent accuracy in the slightly longer mid-ranges. 2: Auto-rifle damage nerf This has been the most controversial of all the changes in this patch, but for good reason. Pre-patch, most auto-rifles were okay at best in PvE. Now, besides a select few, they are underpowered in PvE. Remember handcannons in the beta? They could only hold 6 shots, meaning a maximum of 2 kills in PvP, and 6 kills in PvE. Auto-rifles are now in a place like that. Most hold 20-30 rounds, and take 8-11 shots to kill. The only reason people ever used auto rifles were because they were easy to use, and pulse rifles, the closest alternative, were in a very bad place. Auto rifles should not have been nerfed for damage in PvE at all. The range nerfs were warranted, but just like handcannons, only on the ones with higher ranges (high impact/lower RoF). Guns like Silimar's wrath hit like peashooters, but even peashooters could shoot farther. How can auto rifles be the "chainsaws" up close, if they've got bad damage. The damage nerfs should have been PvP exclusive, and at a much smaller scale. The range nerfs should have only affected the slower RoF/higher impact archetype. Overall, this was a very good patch, the changes to pulse rifles were great, the hand-cannon nerf was well deserved, but a little too extreme for PvE, the heavy ammo changes were fantastic. But the auto rifle nerf was too much. Deej, since you spend a bunch of time on these forums, you've obviously seen a lot of complaints about this nerf. It would be much appreciated if you could convey our criticism to the dev team, so that the whole weapon class isn't stuck under the bus.

Please Deej check this thread there are so many people disagreeing with the auto nerf. 1/4 people are satisfied, 25%! How is this right? 75% don't know what Bungie was doing. Please just give some honest feedback and pass this on. (Btw over 1100 votes). https://www.bungie.net/en/Forum/Post/105279649/0/0

1 답변Truthfully, until Crucible and PvE are treated as two separate games you will never find peace. Never make PvE changes based on PvP data. Auto rifles do not deserve their unloved stepchild status.

4 답변작성자: KeyserSoze9697 3/1/2015 12:54:48 AMThe update made me break out my Bad Juju and spend glimmer and an exotic shard to upgrade it. It is on par now to other exotics and actually fun to use. HOWEVER........... It was 100% unnecessary to nerf all the other weapons in addition. Stop using Crucible to make Destiny decisions. Keep PVP and PVE separate in decision making. I have absolutely no idea what Crucible you guys were looking at when you did your "research". But 99.9999% of all the participants use shotguns and fusion rifles RELIGIOUSLY. It is unreal. Leave PVE alone.

First, thanks for the vault management update. Works extremely well and really changes the calculus on which weapons to buy, etc. Almost eliminates the need to have same weapon type across multiple characters. Why should each character have its own auto rifle when it's so easy to move one around? Second, there are rumors that your nerf (ugh) to handcannons also affected Golden Gun. Is this true? GG needed a buff in PVE so any reduction is not good. Which brings me to... You guys are gonna have to go back in and buff some weapons individually. One example is Hard Light. It need a buff before the auto rifle nerf so the recent change just made it worse. Recommendation? Buff range and impact. This could apply to almost all High RoF/Low Impact auto rifles.

Here is an idea. Separate the PvE weapons an the PvP weapons. Like they did for shotguns on the new patch. Give the PvE players there stats back like DPS. IMO that the only way to make the game reach its full potential. It will stop the consent crying about the weapon nerfs an buffs. Everyone can just get along lol.

I love using my juju in battle but I also didn't think anything needed nerfed in crucible and I don't even use shotguns and fusion rifles but I do know how to get around them. I also absolutely love using shotguns in PVE, so much fun!
-
Auto rifle nerf unnecessary, pulse rifle buff solid, give fusion rifles a little bit of there accuracy back you went a little overboard. Shotgun Are solid in most pve engagements now. Personal I get the armor piercing rounds nerf but tone it back as well I stop using now cause it can only shoot through like 1 cm thick walls now I use stability, reload, and field scout now. Overall great change just rebuff auto rifles especially necrochasm(100% serious its the 2nd worst exotic) bring back some not all but fusion rifle accuracy or at least Vex and bring back a little more wall penetration for armor piercing and will be golden.

After a test play on my characters, with different gear load outs, I gotta say I'm very happy with the update. I loved shotguns before, now with the damage boost they've found their way back into my hands. Invective, solar burn with Lightswitch on a nightfall? All the risk, all the reward. Can't wait for that one.

2 답변Why can't armor piercing rounds go through wall of darkness and those butthole phalanx shields, or light cover, or anything for that matter?

I'm absolutely loving the update, pulse rifles now stand a chance in PvE and hand cannons did need to range nerf but and I'm also loving the shotgun even more now but I don't understand, why nerd the snipers armour piercing rounds so they don't shoot through all surfaces?
