OMG on Crota Normal, don't say "lets do center strat"
Seriously I ran some newish guys thru Crota normal last night, since I decided to get my 30 hunter geared up with raid stuff for the heck of it. Anyways most of these guys CLaimed they have done it multiple times. Went smoothly until 2 idjits are refusing to do crota on ANYTHING OTHER THAN center strat.
Oh my gawd guys that is for hard mode, if you're that lame that you can't handle the normal crota battle without standing on center ledge....don't even play the raids any more. Seriously the next person I run normal mode with that suggests "Hey lets do center ledge strat on Crota" I'm going to flip out. That is so pathetic.

Why not use the easiest method? Eventually people are going to want to do it on hard and practice makes perfect. My team always does mid strat. Its alot safer and you dont have to deal with people not killing the boomers. It also makes the swordbearer 10 times easier to kill.

The sword bearer never gets lost in left side, the sword is right there to pick up, faster up to crota, he never rotates before you are ready and boomers are easy to kill. Don't do center strat on normal, it's a sign of weakness.

Really? Let people do what they want. Its the easiest way to do it. No need to make it harder. We two man easy now and use center strat. Yes easy is super easy now but really why not use the best strat out there still? You sir are someone I'll never raid with because you get mad BC people do it the easy way. Life.. Get one.

I don't think it is a bad idea to do middle with newer guys. If I am running an obviously new group through the raid I always suggest middle. It's not perfect, but it is so much simpler for everyone. Everyone has exactly one job, and there is nothing that can hurt them.

I've always used the lower center on normal , and use ledge center on hard. Doesn't really matter nowadays since you can down Crota before ogres on normal. Hell the last few times I ran normal everyone kinda just went wherever they wanted the shit is so easy it really doesn't matter where you stand.

Why does it matter? It's the easiest and most safe strategy. And if your team can't kill Crota in two swords before ogres come your just plain ass. BUT, if you can't you just simply drop down into the room below!!! Whoaaaa simple right?

6 답변Why would we not make it more convenient and time-friendly? Less time sniping boomers, less time shooting melee Knights, and no need to worry about Thrall when killing Swordbearer. It's just easier. However, the real pathetic thing is that you care this much. It's really up to the Swordbearer what strategy we use on normal. On my hunter (Swordbearer) I always do middle. However, on my Warlock (I hate that jump), I let Swordbearer decide. It shouldn't bother you that much.

I agree doing that strat on normal is stupid. All the knights and boomers dir to one good sniper shot. I cant stand people that use it in hard mode and still die somewhere during the fight. I mean you are standing on a ledge with like 30 seconds exposed to damage the entire fight and you still die. C'mon man

Agreed, I received every loot i could get possible from hard crota, now i will never do Hard mode ever again not for fun maybe to help out but never again, i have every exotic weapon in the game and have no need to play countless hours of hard mode bs, plus normal crota is fun and everyone I help seem to be happy and appreciate me as a sword bearer so i play normal because its fun and my way of helping the community

It's guardians like you who will bitch about some 31 not knowing the hard mode strategy yet by your own idea the normal mode is not the place to practice the hard mode strategy. It's your game play it like you like, let others play how they want and stop bitching
