작성자: LONE RONIN2012 2/24/2015 3:50:52 PMAll new exotics start at 302 attack values, any exotic received after The Dark Below DLC. Those are only important in the lvl of enemy you fight. 300 I think takes you up to lvl 29 enemies. At lvl 30 it will still work but not as effective. Attack value will decide if your weapon is giving full damage or not, with impact being the damage given. The higher the attack, the high the lvl enemy you can deliver full impact damage. Example, I still use 300 attack value weapons in lvl 26 ROC Strikes since they are still viable. In lvl 30 daily and weekly strikes I use 318 attack value weapons. IMPACT IS THE DAMAGE GIVEN, NOT ATTACK VALUES If I remember right I took both my Crusaders in a lvl 30 Nightfall. One was pre DLC with a 300 attack value, and the other post DLC with a 318 attack value. The difference in damage was around 80-100 because the ones lower attack value, on a higher enemy, was not allowing the full impact damage to hit.

작성자: Mr Dewritos 2/24/2015 3:40:32 PMThe 260 damage rating means that the person had their Bad Juju before the Dark Below was released, and that they have chosen not to upgrade it. The higher damage rating indicates that the exotic is newer and/or upgraded to scale with the current game. To my knowledge, old exotics begin with 260 attack and max out at 301, whereas updated exotics begin at 302 and cap out at 331. This applies to all legendary/exotic weapons besides the Necrochasm and Mythoclast, which hqve unique max damage because they are the raid exotics.
