Doctor Shin
So right before you open the vault, there's a control panel with a handprint scanner.
You walk into the vault and the AI says,
"Welcome Doctor Shin"
What if.. It scanned your hand to open the vault..
And you were Doctor Shin, on a visit back to earth when you got caught up in traffic at the Cosmodrome and you died???!

11 답변What I want to know is what is protocol 19? This is what the computer says when the fallen enter, "intruder alert, initiate protocol 19." Is protocol 19 just a fancy way of saying kill everything? If so, I initiated the hell out of protocol 19.

It's Dr Shim, with an M. That said, I only know this because I leave my subtitles on, and would have sworn it was Shin the first time I heard it. And that's basically what I figure happened. Or the story writers just suck worse than Twilight fanfic writers.

3 답변1. It's Dr. Shim, not Dr. Shin. 2. Ghost opens the vault, not you. 3. Most likely the code that Ghost hacks to get you inside happened to be Dr. Shim's, so the AI recognizes it and addresses you accordingly. 4. Dr. Shim died in the vault, you can see his skeleton when you enter.
