Let's all take a second to read this. Please post your feelings and opinions of this matter here.

So his account is tarnished, but it wasn't his fault? What do you guys think?
Personally, I think the entire situation is messed up, plus let's not forget there were others this happened to by Kirmit's account as well.

1 답변Very glad to hear that spiteful little turd has been banned, I hope it's permanent. What he did was malicious, simple as. I'm glad players are helping young Henry get back on his feet. Still don't agree with Bungie giving him stuff he didn't lose, but that was their choice.

Why couldn't people just acknowledge it and not make a big deal about it. Now, apparently, the kid is going around saying Bungie or someone gave him stuff which probably isn't true. This is getting worse and worse by the second.

I think it would of been better if they just deleted kermits highest two alts, and then deleted his exotics from remaining character. So next time he logged on, he got to feel the same thing the kid did. Totally gutted. That would of been divine justice and hilarious at the same time.

20 답변The kid got the fate of all fools. Do you know who else has the fate of all fools? A brain tumor survivor who underwent 9 brain surgeries in a few months. So remind me why the kid who tried to cheat has one?

1 답변Glad to hear This guy was banned and the kid got helped out. I am a dad with a young son about his age and if some a$$hole would have done that to my kid being banned from the console would be the least of his worries. I might pay him a visit in person.

This whole story reminds me of that cute little kid that sent a teary video to disney asking that they not delete toontown because he loved his toons so much and etc... Then the people (not related to disney) that re-opened/remade disney gave him the first beta key to play toontown again and then; BAM So many people posting cussing the kid out and cussing the people remaking the game out because... Well, I dont know. I guess because he got one and they didnt? Cussing a kid out... About a game called "ToonTown"... That would soon be released to everyone for free... Anyway, moral of the story is 90% of the internet are total b*tches. (Anyone else remember this? No? Just me? Well, shoot).

They were both in the wrong, the kid violated a few end user agreement put into place for his own safety to keep him away from these types of people (twitch 18+ ESRB teen rating Destiny) but didn't cause anybody duress, although the United States government laws are very slow to catch up what Kirmit did is equivalent to cyber vandalism he knowing destroyed the kids (parents property actually he's too young to own it) digital property causing duress to the child and could be proven in a civil court of law what he did was wrong and punishable. Would you give your car keys to a random stranger? No but if you did and he crashed it on purpose he would be liable, but 11 year olds don't own or operate full size vehicles for a reason they're regulated to smaller ones for this very reason.
