Kirmit May Be Innocent After All (or not, who knows)
THE ULTIMATE EDIT AND A TWIST TO ALL THE HATE AGAINST KIRMIT!

So his account is tarnished, but it wasn't his fault? What do you guys think?
Personally, I think the entire situation is messed up, plus let's not forget there were others this happened to by Kirmit's account as well.

56 답변I'm not condoning what Kirmit did, but the kid wanted it done for him on the pretense of cheating. He clearly could've read what Share Play did, but he chose to just press OK and hand Kirmit the controller. First question: Why is this 11 year old kid playing a T rated game with no adult supervision? Second question: Why is this kid streaming to Twitch with no parental supervision? Third Question: Why is this kid's parents not using the Parental Controls of the PS4? Fourth question: Why is this kid even online gaming with adults? I'm not saying what Kirmit did was right, but trying to get this kid his stuff back and petitioning Bungie to give him stuff and his characters back teaches him that it's ok to not read any disclaimers and that he doesn't have to take responsibility for his actions. This kid should get nothing back and Kirmit should be banned for malicious use of the Share Play feature end of story!

3 답변In all honesty... The kid violated the Terms of Use everyone agrees to when first starting up destiny.. But everyone ignores that, including bungie. Yep that settles it, bungie should be suspended for promoting the violation of their own terms.

I think he deserved it, there was no point in doing that other than to hurt someone. But i think the kid should have been punished too which would reinforcr to himwhat he was taught by this; not to do this type of thing in the future
