Not really no. It does centre around christianity but it is enjoyable if you like apocalyptic/post apocalyptic novels. There is a lot to do with Demons and angels and God. It's not for everyone, but if you think you'd like them there are 10 books in the series I think. I read them a while ago so I can't recall how many for sure sorry.
