6 답변Guys, have you watched the news lately? If you haven't noticed, the world's a mess. A huge mess. And coincidentally, all of these messes we see everyday in the news were prophecied in advance by Jesus Christ and the Bible over 2000 years ago. Just one of many proofs that the Bible is divine (no other "holy books" predict the future as specifically as the Bible does. The Qur'an made a few but they're vague and turned out to be false. The Bible has a 100% accuracy track record when it comes to prophecy). This means Christ is about to return. Which is great if you're saved but it'll be hell on earth if you aren't. You don't want to be here for the Tribulation period. Though many prophecies will reach fulfillment during the Tribulation, we can see right now that all the end time signs foretold by Jesus and His prophets have emerged and are converging (all coming together at once). Here are some of these signs: · Israel has become a burdensome stone and is at the center of the world’s attention. · Unrestrained anti-Semitism is forcing more and more Jews to return to Israel. · Israel is literally surrounded by enemies who want to destroy the tiny nation. · The nations that will participate in the upcoming wars are aligned as prophesied in the Bible. · Everywhere you look ethnic group is against ethnic group. · Wars and rumors of wars abound on earth. · Russia has risen, has a hook in its jaw and is allied with Iran. · There are many false religious movements and false prophets. · The kings of the east are a threat. · The Euphrates River can be dried to a trickle due to the Ataturk Dam, which will prepare the way for the kings of the east. · There is a move towards global religion, global government, and global economy. · Global communication, increase in knowledge · Ability to travel to and fro in all the earth · Nuclear capability · Signs in the sky · Signs in the earth; creation groaning · Return of diseases previously eradicated and the worrisome world Ebola threat · The world is like it was in the days of Noah, corrupt and filled with wickedness. · Horrible terrorist acts are causing fear in the hearts of people worldwide. When we combine current events with the fact that ISIS controls 1/3 of Syria, and many terrorist organizations have a base in its city of Damascus, it appears evident that we will soon see the fulfillment of Isaiah 17. (I thank Cynthia Nuara for this listing) We're going to see all prophecy be fulfilled soon! People! WAKE UP! You can watch real-world news and see these prophecies coming to a head! The Bible isn't a bunch of fairy stories! Archaeology and even geology and topography confirms these people, places, and events existed! And the fact that Christ's words are coming true means you're ALMOST OUT OF TIME!!! Krishna won't help you. allah's just a moon god. And being a good person won't save you (we've all sinned in some capacity in our lives- how many people have you cussed at and trolled online this week alone?). The fact that Jesus Christ's words are coming true, prophecied in advance over 2000 years ago, proves He is the all-knowing, all-seeing, ONLY God! And guess what? He LOVES you! He loves even though you troll people or watch hentai or suffer from chronic masturbation issues. And He wants to forgive you and help you out of these and all your sins! It doesn't matter if you're black, white, asian, or indian. You're His child! And if you'll believe in Him, accept Him as your Lord and Savior and repent of your sins He'll save you! TAKE THAT OFFER!!!!! Why settle for mud pies here on earth when Jesus offers you an eternal feast? Don't be left behind to endure the Tribulation. Save yourselves now while the Ark doors are still open... because they're about to shut. And you DON'T want to be left here when they do finally close. We're talking about the fate of your eternal life... and eternity is an awful long time to choose the wrong side. Don't let satan drag you down into the lake of fire with him. That's his end game. Don't let that freak win your soul!

There's a lotta different sects of Christianity. My own reverend told the children in our bible study that although he chose Christianity, he fully believes that non-Christian people can get to heaven. I was quite a fan of that. I'm gay and Christian, and it's completely accepted at my church. So, yeah. I guess it just depends.

작성자: Sardonyx 2/26/2015 5:10:00 AMOk then So If God doesn't "hate gays" but "dislikes" them, I can completely agree I don't see why Christinanity thinks all gays should be shunned and such, I believe in a god myself, but does that mean that I should twist everything coming out of the Bible? Like what most Christinans do, not all, and if I let said God into my heart and he shall forgive me, then I'll do it, but don't go forcing your "religion" down my thought, I lean more towards Buddists and such, we need to find inner peace and science has proven meditation does the mind and body good. And yet to most religions its to either fammash and such or to have faith And yet our world has fallen to its knees due to (some what) religious fighting And the other half is just plain stupidity with terrorists attacking Most attacks happen with terrorists beleiving their religion is the best religion, while we view differently
edit: my fingers are cramping, on my phone and watch the hate come rolling in
Everyone is born into original sin. Adam and Eve supposedly damned us all for eternity, or rather, God made the rules and determined the punishment, so the system was a bit rigged from the start. Anyways, so, everyone is born into sin, but if you truly and utterly repent to God, through Jesus, you can get to heaven. If Homosexuality wasn't a choice, then gays couldn't repent for their sinful ways meaning they are damned to hell since birth. In the WASP worldview, everyone has an equal opportunity to get to heaven if they recognize Jesus and repent. So, by not being able to repent, gays are not able to get into heaven, which directly contradicts their logic. If you're a christian and you believe homosexuality is a sin, then that "lifestyle" logically has to be a choice.

11 답변Because exceptionally stupid people believe that homosexuality is a choice While in reality we know that it's a result of the way the human brain forms However people ignore that because they want to delude themselves into accepting a cod that brings false hope into their world

People in this thread are very misinformed on views against homosexuality. Firstly, the bible does not promote hate against you. You fall into the same category as adulterers. If you fail to change your actions, than you can't be accepted into a community. But no one hates you. Secondly, there are multiple parts of the bible, both in the new and Old Testament, that show us that homosexual actions are evil. They combine with catholic tradition and the theory of natural law to show that homosexual actions are intrinsically immoral. Thirdly, because of the intrinsically evil nature of these actions, it is clear that the homosexual feelings are the result of temptation, not true love, which only exists between a man and a woman. If you have any questions about any of this, feel free to ask.

3 답변Most passages used to condemn homosexuality are taken out of historical context and as such have a different meaning now then they did then. There's only one or two passages that specifically deal with homosexuality, and only one of them is negative. Additionally, those are both found in the Old Testament, which many people no longer follow, and as far as the New Testament is concerned, along with the majority of Christians, Jesus never said *anything* about homosexuality. I'd be willing to elaborate more, but I'm on my phone and my thumbs are cramping.

2 답변I am a gay person and I never really could understand why they hate us so much, so many people like to say that Chrisitanity is a religion of peace, but I've gotten nothing but negativity and hate from them.

1 답변God doesn't dislike gays. The Bible specifically states many times that God loves everyone :) in fact, he loves us so much that he would die on the cross for us :) however, some things such as adultery, homosexuality, lying, etc are sins which separate us from God. So, God doesn't hate anyone :) he created everyone and loves every one of us :) but we have all sinned at one point or another in our lives and become separate from him. Therefore, homosexuality is one of the sins that separates us. It's not quite as dramatic as some people make it out to be. God doesn't hate anyone. :) He loves us even when we sin. :) And he is always ready to offer us his forgiveness and love. :)

3 답변The bible was written in a time when people didn't know the facts and sciences of the world around them and needed something to turn to as guidance so when gays were observed people were scared of this different behavior and decided that others should not differ from natures way of reproduction

15 답변작성자: angry0lbgrampa 2/20/2015 3:00:45 PMGod Does not dislike gay/hate gays. God hates sin, and fornication of any kind is a sin. In the case of homosexuality, Gay marriage is not under the covenant of marriage. This means Homosexual sex is a sin. The covenant of Marriage bars those under it from the sin of Fornication because the marriage bed is without sin.
