FYI what you describe here (not getting a specific weapon) happens Ina random system. Think about it this way. You have 15/16 weapons your next weapon drop you have a 1/16 chance of getting that weapon. People tend to think that means you will get the weapon in 16 attempts. This is wrong! It's like saying if you roll a dice 6 times you have a 100% chance to roll a 6. You could roll a dice 20+ times and still not get a 6. Now take into account ten million players all doing this. You will get a large range of results.
