Will Bungie realize their mistakes and fix everything in Destiny 2? It seems that so much was planned for Destiny, but so much content was cut for whatever reason.

13 답변the new Storyteller needs to make an amazing story and lore that actually feels good. Stop cutting content Stop making lazy-ass shit leveling system Stop being so grindy Learn how to make character development Stop restricting the players from doing certain stuff in the game. Introduce the new lore to the game and not leave it shallow and boring like it was. Stop with the grimoire shit Make good dialogue Stop making more currency systems as an excuse to do more stuff. Fix their shitty servers filled with animals and plants. Make real post-game dlc that actually feels worth it. Keep up their promises Change the community manager actually do real open world environments Balance weapons like they should be and not nerf the shit out of it. Make PvP very separate from the PvE so both modes can do changes without affecting each other. Stop being lazy plebs And maybe after that they will make a real game.

They could, the ideas have been placed before them. But we all know they won't be doing anything with them... We get weekly updates about touring Mars... That would be cool if there weren't the bungie invisible walls stopping you from actually exploring. Plus hasn't everyone seen the leaked details about upcoming DLC/ comet?... Same exact set up as dark below with probably less thought and creativity.

I'm hoping destiny 2 does away with light levels, or dramatically expands the amount of end game gear with top tier light level. I understand they where trying to do something similar to what wow did with item level. But it just feels so restricting right now. And change how exotics are obtained them being 100% rng doesn't make them feel special. They where onto something with necrochasm and how it had a mini quest chain pretty much and exotic bounties are cool too.

2 답변Bungie should be able to buy back the portion Activision bought like Blizzard did with HotS. And if I remember correctly, I believe Deej said they were heavily reevaluating the loot system when HoW is released (in terms of raid gear, vendor, and drops). The loot system thus far is horrid. Vendor gear putting you to light 31 and completely skipping VoG shouldn't happen. Take WoW for instance. Hit level cap and you actually have to run older content to get gearscore up before running the newest stuff. IMO, destiny should be like that. Vendor gear should stay at light 29. VoG gear is changed to 31, Crota for 32 then HoW to 36 or whatever its suppose to be

작성자: Triplestack1 2/19/2015 3:42:36 AMHonestly, if they learn from their mistakes, they could probably make a pretty good game. They just messed up in so many aspects. I won't buy Destiny 2 until I read reviews and stuff, but I'm hoping they can fix their mistakes. Edit: I forgot that Activision is a part of Destiny. Now I'm not too sure if they're allowed to make a good game.

I quit playing a few weeks ago and haven't looked back, just come here to check /gaming. Might play HoW cause I already payed for it, but I won't do it with any real enthusiasm (ie won't run the raid 3x per week). Grinding is fine if it feels rewarding, but destiny just punishes you at every possible opportunity it gets with gear resets, power creep, new materials etc. and at the end of the day, you can redo everything and still come out feeling no different than you started (oh right, except now you look the same as everyone else too). There's so many outright failures in this game that for a sequel to be successful they'd essentially have to start from scratch, which isn't going to happen. Bungie lost its shot at my wallet. Ill likely boycott activision as well.

In the past I have compared Destiny to Brink in terms of their untapped potential and remaining enjoyability it what was tapped into. As many have said that they would have put faith in the sequel to Brink of it was to have been made, I say Destiny's sequel has faith as well, as long as the major issues of the current one are listened to and the proper effort is made to fix them. For the most part, this will involve working on the following (in my eyes): 1. Story 2. Variety 3. Interaction 4. Environment.
Hang on... Is it just me or is this thread turning into a #Feedback lite?
4 답변I just read an article that stated (by Bungie employees) that a lot of stuff was cut so they could have the same game on old and current gen consoles. Supposedly, the original cosmodrome was 5x larger, for instance. If they want to do Destiny 2, they need to scrap old gen.
