Oh so you disregard Evolve
You must never have played Dota or any real competitive game for that matter.
Arguments:
Multiplayer only: tell a pro gamer that multiplayer only games suck and he'll laugh in your face and say "you play games for something other than PvP? Ha!"
Dota is a multiplayer only game and they just set a new record of 1,074,464 playing Dota this past weekend.
DLC blah blah idk what I'm talking about:
So the game and all of its gameplay content cost $60. Anyone saying otherwise is a sheep repeating yellow journalism propaganda.
Any future gameplay content is free, if you want to keep playing destinys newest content you have to pay for every dlc, most of you have already spent more money on destiny than I ever will on Evolve.
In game store: along the same lines of the last argument. You don't wanna play a game because it sells completely optional and completely irrelevant to the gameplay cosmetic content? That seems foolish. Again they aren't the first game to use an in-game store that sells cosmetics, skins, hats. Dota pioneered this good business practice and again it's one of the top 3 successful games right now.
Just saying if you've bought The Dark Below you've already spent $15 more than I ever will for Evolve and you'll be paying a lot more to finally play the full game... Someday

3 답변Didn't Evolve have like 50 some dlc packs just for weapon and character skins on launch day? Skins are something they clearly have ready to be ingame, that could be provided for free (maybe challenges to unlock) but they are charging for? Im not hating on Evolve, it looks like a fun game, but it seems like a really underhanded business platform to me.

2 답변I don't hate evoke because it's PvP only I hate evoke because it's unbalanced as -blam!-,has a terable marketing plan around its day 1 dlc, and you need to buy 2 season passes to get all the games context And people call destiny a cash grab

Get over yoruself, not everyone is like you or thinks like you about games and never will. Does not matter how many Dota players there are.. means nothing when comparing it to this game, for they are not the same by any means. You really think people care if they are spending more than you have on evolve.. no.. and never will. in game sales is just as bad as dlc it is no better ever.
