what was the dumbest thing you did when you were a noob at destiny
When I was lvl 15 and was doing a strike on Mars I saw this orangish red capsule and being a noob I stood on top of it and shot it with my gun and then in the blink of an eye my body went flying and I died. This was a great learning experience in my life.haha share your best noob moments below

3 답변Bought both a new sparrow and ship for a shed load of glimmer only to earn them on the next mission... Leveled up my character BEFORE I realised there were gold chests to collect. Took "A Dubious Task" instead of "A Light in the Dark" exotic bounty.

1 답변when i completed my very first mission, i started pressing Y so i could continue (not knowing that i had to hold it down). this got me so pissed off after five minutes of pressing the Y button that I just turned off the game and said screw it for the day. I went over to my friends house later that day and he had also gotten destiny. he had already gotten to level 14 and I asked him, "How the hell do you get passed the completion screen for the first mission??". he then looked at me like I was crazy or something and said "what do you mean?" at that moment he completed another mission and I saw that he HELD DOWN the Y button instead of pressing it. I then looked at the screen, feeling like to stupidest person alive. I left later and walked back to my house and I tried the level again, and surely enough holding down the Y button worked and I thought to myself, "I can just tell I am going to absolutely hate this game..."

작성자: Orbital Drop Shock Trooper 2/12/2015 7:58:57 PM'Upgraded' Suros on Xur when my Suro's was already upgraded, therefore resetting my progress on the Suros completely. [It just needed one more upgrade slot]. I started the game early Jan, so had no idea that there was a 2.0 format with some weapons. Lost an exotic shard due to it. I thought Xur upgrade went hand in hand with the final upgrade that required a exotic shard. Was crazy wrong and now I'm paying for it. Will not grind to get it up though. I'll just let it come naturally again.

My noob moment came when I did the first vog. So all my friends have been through the vault before me so I was the only one in our party that has no clue as to what the hell to do. After the jumping bridge puzzle, you walk along the side of that rock/cliff and there is a box you can either jump over or push off. Do whatever you want right? So my buddy is like "hey Melee this box off to get us shards. They told me there was a glitch if you Melee this box off and have never done the raid before, everyone gets shards. I did that. And my buddy is like your not standing in the right spot. So I move, next thing it's saying guardian down and all five of my friends are laughing so hard they are crying and puking. He pushed me off the cliff with a void walker Melee attack. Lead me up to this big thing of how we are all gonna get shards and no. I die and was the big joke for weeks. That's my noob moment. Hope everyone enjoys

The first week IGN showcased a video with a LVL 18 titan running around with Red Death. They talked about how great the gun was, so in week 2 when Xur was selling Gjallarhorn, I said " Whats a Gjallarhorn?! I'm gonna wait to spend my coins on Red Death". Still haven't gotten it.
