Oh Efrideet's spear, you beauty...
So I recently managed to Max out my Efrideet's spear, and can I just say - it is just BETTER than any other sniper in the game that I have ever used. Better than black hammer, ice breaker, patience and time, and of course no land beyond, to name a few I would say (depending on the situation). This gun hits hard as hell. Maxed out, I can kill a level 30 captain/knight/wizard (full health and shields) with ONE critical hit. I mean - seriously?! - why dafuq is this gun soo good?! The fact that my version is void damage doesn't even seem to matter on other shielded enemies. I sure know what I'll be taking with me to nightfalls and raids (and to bed) from now on.
EDIT: Nice to know that there are so many guardians out there with this marvel of a sniper. And for those who didn't purchase it:

I'm just kidding, love you really. Also, it would be great if someone could post a screenshot comparing critical damage numbers of the black hammer vs the spear. There's some debate going on about which one is more damaging, and personally, I'd like to know the answer.

2 通の返信Was looking at the spear with a buddy last iron banner. Great impact on it. Sadly i suck at crucible and would have had to grind all week and still fall short. Next iron banner i am going to put on my big boy pants and i'm gonna do it.

I'm an Ice Breaker fan for life, but when I need a legendary sniper the spear is it. I have 3, a void and solar with the field scout perk (six round mag). My 3rd is also void but I hope to re-roll it to arc next Iron Banner.
