Whos Done With Crota's HM
Im only running normal mode for the black hammer is the only weapon i want and need
Edit: the way i got WoC it was on one of my hunter i did it on normal and i got the fusion rifle which i didnt have then right after we did all crota hm and i got nothing but energies up until we defeated the boss thats were i got energies and WoC lucky me
Edit2: for the people saying that theres no cheese and thats the reason why i qui playing hm. I was the swordbearer everytime on normal and hard me along with another member of the fireteam are the only ones to get the job done i dont understand why people are scared to get up there and slap crota around. So i dont need it on hard mode
I have everything i needed so thats the reason why i quit it isnt because theres no cheese hard mode isnt fun

I'm in the same boat. I only need Hunger of Crota and I will have all of the CE weapons. I will keep running HM until the rest of my group has was they want out of Crota then I'm sure we will go back to running other things with the occasional HM sprinkled in.

Got the crux and everything else from the hard raid by the second week. Have no reason to run anymore besides the sword being hella fun and helping out whoever might ask. Fun raid, just can be extremely frustrating with the wrong group

Only reason I run that and deathsinger along with gorgons maze and aetheon is for an exotic chance.. Other than that the raids really have no appeal to me anymore.. Tired of the endless glitches that ruin a perfect first run and the subsequent 10 after that. Looking back at the boss encounter on VoG it's laughable compared to Crota. Portal, jump smash some mother -blam!-ers, fireteam shoots oracles, go through tele, jump to middle and shoot for 25 seconds without fear of being touched.. 1 more time he's dead

Still need the crux, and atleast 1 more raid ship and 3 sparrows for my other characters. THEN all I'll really be running that for is the Monte Carlo if I dont already have it by then to complete my collection.

Absolute Darkにより編集済み: 2/9/2015 2:12:35 PMThough I do like being on the receiving end of raid gear and the needed materials for upgrades, I find running the raids - Crota and VoG - are as fun a challenge as strikes or story missions for the dailies. All but one of my raid attempts have been with players that picked me up or that I picked up in the tower. All of these raids, save one, have been fun and provided new friends. It is the most social part of the game for me by far and reminds me the most of the social experience from the days of Halo. I do not get a lot of opportunities to run the raids and recently begun to start leveling up a 2nd and 3rd character. I don't play just to chase the gear or level cap, I play because I enjoy the game in general and the raids for the above reasons. Just as in life, when you chase the material "things' over relations ships you will always be left wanting. Just my thoughts.
