Why tripmine.
I have no clue why people like this grenade. I'll throw it on a wall and watch someone just run right past it barely taking a scrape. Seems like a shitty grenade that would only kill someone who wanted to teabag it.

2 通の返信It's pretty brutally efficient in the hands of a novice.. in my hands I smash the minds of hardened warlocks and break the strong fortitude of titans... Just messing, but seriously. Map knowledge and intersecting line connection thought process can make this type of grenade a monster to deal with. I often get MANY first blood kills with this grenade on many maps in control. Tip, Don't team huddle around your first objective, because I will be sending EVERYONE in that huddle to the respawn screen with one grenade.

I didn't like it at first but now its my favorite grenade. If you can skillfully use the environment and predict the players movement you'll be a killing machine with that thing. And if it doesn't instakill them like you stated, its because they have a high armor rating.

2 通の返信I use it to surprise someone. For example: playing control on rusted plains, you can get easy kills by chucking it at the walls in zone c.

It could use a quicker detonation but I still get 3-5 kills a game with it and alot of first bloods. Its best on control and you can angle it on a wall facing the zone. I'd be fine with a 6 DMG increase as well so it always 1 shots on crucible

The distant BOOM followed by the "Grenade Kill" notification always makes me chuckle. It's amazing what people don't notice when they're focused on incoming fire... Make sure you stick it at head/chest level if you're using a wall.

Sticking the grenade to opponents is what works best, other than that, it can be useful to close off certain entrances/flanks.
