All the people defending this amuse me. Tactics? It's taking advantage of something that obviously was an oversight. I can't imagine it was ever intended to work this way, so you really can't call it tactics.
And to say it's not an exploit...think about what you are doing with it. You're taking advantage of something that's obviously broken. Kids, that's an exploit.
