[b]What do you like about the Crucible?[/b] I like competition between other human beings. Shooting AI in the face only gets so challenging. As a company that made some of the best console shooters in the years, how did Destiny wind up so different? You decided against ranks, gametypes like CTF and Oddball, or basically anything that required some form of teamwork. All of the things people loved about halo was decided against for this. Granted, I know this was meant to be different than halo, but gametypes, objectives, ranks, was all foregone. [b]Why do you play PVP?[/b] Keep them reflexes sharp. That and because as I stated, its more entertaining than running strikes all day. [b]How can the Crucible be better?[/b] - Balance out the loot to a similar standpoint of strikes (guaranteed engrams?) - Ranks (even for clans, which, might get people actually using the site / clan feature) - More marks per game (cmon, 2-3 per match? with strikes, nightfalls, weeklies and dailies you're capped on vanguard marks hella fast) - Map balancing, in terms of both control locations, spawns, and the over abundance of special ammo. - Gametype with disabled supers. - Gametypes featuring a relic, or sword, or something. [b]In which directions would you like for it to evolve?[/b] More toward a competitive side? I know this game is pretty casual, but ranks, more playlists, better loot (it still isnt dropping TDB blues), etc etc. Crucible is currently a time sink for no reward in terms of marks, bounties, or gear in comparison to running strikes all day. Oh, and stop giving the exotics to guys who just joined the game as you won, or people with 3 kill participation.
