Who ever thought this would be a good idea?? Just because you guys cant get ghorn, you ask for a trading system???? hell no. That would make this game terrible. and if people say " this game is already terrible " well , it would make it worse then it already is! stop complaining people. You're not gonna see a trading system.
Edit: thanks for all the positive replies guys lol

5 通の返信Don't understand I have over 200 upgrade stuff and my friend has zero why can't I give it to him? Cause no trading

8 通の返信I don't see how it would break the game. Borderlands had a trading system and it turned out perfectly fine. If someone had duplicate exotics you could trade for one you might not have. Of course you couldnt trade an exotic for a rare or legendary, it would have to be of the same class. Same with armor you might get a Titan helmet when your a hunter but your friend has a titan that could use it. why not be able to trade it to someone who could benefit from it.

5 通の返信a trading system with rules would be ok like, no exotics or it could be no weapons in general but it should at least let you trade basic things like shards, energy, coins, spinmetal, etc things like thoes would be ok because it wouldnt break the game

2 通の返信How and why would a trading system be terrible? You give no evidence to support your opinion. How do you expect anyone to rebuttal? Basically what you are saying is that its a bad idea, but you don't know why...

7 通の返信A trading system would be good for players but bad for Bungie. With a trading system, people could easily get the weapons they want without endless grinding. But it would stop players from playing so much, many players come back every week to try their luck. It keeps them hooked. The fact that you can't just give a friend a gun you have is silly, it only serves the developers.

2 通の返信I agree, I've said this to my friends before. Sadly, I believe we are the minority here. Everyone tends to like theeasyway out when it comes to video games, moreso for these kinds of games. I recently started playing again after a few months, only buying the DLCa couple of weeks ago. Needless to say, all of my gear and weapons were nearly useless, and I STILL thanked Bungie silently for not implementing the trading system. I'm friends with plenty of good guys that have tons of exotic shards and extras of Jellyhorn, new and old among other things and they've already told me they wish they could just give it over to me. That, to me, would just ruin the fun. Because if they gave me all that, then what's the point? I'm enjoying being on the bottom tier for once and having to fight my way back up, makes the game worth playing again.

Destiny needed a trading system back when the game was first released. Now, the game has been out for a while and a trading system would be less important. Would still be useful and Destiny should still have it, but I've made peace with not having trading at this point that.

I don't really want trading either. In games that have trading lots of people stand around and ask others for their stuff and with how hard it is to get some things on the game i can see a lot of that happening.

3 通の返信Adding a trading system isn't going to ruin the game if they add it it's going to help players get that one exotic they still need and maybe help someone else if you say people are going to use real world money for exotics or are going to trade exotics for common/rare items messing up everything 1: it's not your money you don't have to spend it if you don't want to and 2: they can make it so you need to trade something of equal value and make it so certain pieces of armor can't be traded specific armor that is light 30+ to make it so players don't become lv 30+ the second they finish the main story I understand why people think adding trading could cause problems but most of these problems have a easy solution and let's face it adding trading will do more good than bad

3 通の返信The issue with a trading system is people exploiting it for profit. The blacksmith shader sells for over 100$ in eBay.

I'm neutral on trading but if they do add it it has to be in a specific format. So say if I was trading an exotic, the receiver would have to be above 20, had an exotic of equal value, and maybe exotic shards? Just some way where exotics aren't easy to get through trading.

You guys sound like people want public trading with a marketplace and all that stuff. I think most people would be happy with trading loot earned during Nightfall/Raids/Weeklies with the members in your fireteam for a fixed amount of time, and after that time, let's say 15 minutes, items become "soulbound" and can't be traded. That way you wouldn't be able to just trade what. just Rewards from those events.
