Gamblers fallacy is the idea that previous results influence future results in a system that is truly random. For example if I flip a coin 10 times and it comes up heads ten times, the chances of it coming up heads next flip remain 50/50. It is not "time" for tails to come up and heads is not "on a roll". Again, this assumes a situation that is purely random. My point is that clustering on this scale is a significant indicator that the system is not purely random. Or at least, it is not a well designed random number generator as indicated by the constant repeats of the same item over short intervals.
