Seriously... Let me know !
Edit:Bump the shit out of this post so bungie finally notices that we wont let us screw over every week!
Edit 2: Opinions if he is random or not seem 50:50
Edit 3: IDC about ghorn or weapons shit.
Its about that its close to impossible to get exotic armor without xur .
Edit 4: Changed title to a more neutral one.

1 返信I DONT think xur is a way to acquire every exotic in the game. If anything it's for newer players to get a taste of awesome.

5 通の返信I find it hard to believe that Xur has been selling most DLC items 4 times already and not once UR, Hard Light, Thunderlord, and Hotpf. Yeah Xur is BS governed by the twats at bungie.

1 返信Think about it... Warlocks "ruined" raid with all the so called glitches and cheeses and I'm talking about VoG in particular. Then, there's Crota, but those seem to be fixed - I think... Anyways, why does matter? Well, to me this matters because ever since, warlocks have gotten nothing but Sunbreakers, V. Vestments for like 2 months straight from Xur, and now there's Starfire Protocol which has been added to the mix. Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but hasn't Xur been selling DLC content only for like the past 3 weeks? Why? Maybe to push people to buy the DLC, yet Bungie already have millions... This is just my general opinion on why I don't think Xur is RNG and someone or a group do choose what Xur sells week in and week out. Anyways, let me know what you think, Guardians. Thanks.

4 通の返信Ne0nK0alaにより編集済み: 1/30/2015 11:33:35 PMIt's clearly random, anyone who thinks it isn't needs to start tracking aliens, put on a tinfoil hat and start a conspiracy website. Xur is like everything in this game, weighted rng, which means certain things have more chance of dropping then other things, that is why lesser weapons and armour drops more than higher versions like ghorn or ice breaker, it's also why the regularity of heavy ammo synth and engrams are so irregular, it's all about percentage chances, just like the raid drops, just like the roc strike drops and just like the nightfall rewards. Edit: here's an example too, so during my time playing this game I have had 4 ice breakers, 2 Suros regimes, 1 plan c and a universal remote drop, saying xur is not random because of repetition is like saying all those rewards were not random, but do you seriously think that Bungie picks all of our rewards before we get them? No, obviously not. P.S I know that I'm also not the only one, many ppl I know have got 4-6 ghorns, and ppl I don't know have too along with other weapons, it's all weighted.

1 返信Okay, not random. I guess he pretty much can't be since its the exact same stock as earlier this month. I don't know what it is.

1 返信I know probability can be hard for the human mind to grasp but it is clearly random. Run your own test in excel if you dont believe it. I bet you see similar results at least 10% of the time. If it wasn't regularly repeating it would be unusual. Trust me, I'm a professional.

If he's not then wouldn't be right. Gjallahorn was sold in week 2 and Ice breaker was sold in the first month also. We have seen Ice breaker sell for a second time causing the community to rage in anger (for no logical reason). I hear rumors that Gjallahorn was taking out of the role with xur which would be wrong. That would mean that Bungie is putting it up on a pedestal above all the other weapons. I was always under the impression that exotics were unique weapons and should not have clear advantages over each other (making guardians unique in which ones they choose to use).
