PROOF WEAPONS DON'T NEED NERFING
I really suck at PvP and loathe it totally.
Now I see all the op and nerf threads regarding weapons in PvP...
So after being annoyed at the whiny nerf threads, a little voice in my head (his names Malcolm) whispers "go try that weapon if its op you may do well)
So here's what happens
Thorn: I try to line up the couple of shot head kill, blam I'm dead.
Shotgun: I know I'll slide in and blast, slide falls short, shotgun misses, I die in shame.
Sniper rifle: I sit quietly sighting down the scope, blam dead, WTF oh you sneaked behind me.
Vex: woo hoo I'm killing, wham dead, oh crap his team mate flanked me and took me out.
Fusion rifle: ooh an enemy guardian, quick kill him, fusion charges up kills empty air, wtf where did he go, fist to my face tells me.
MY POINT
All weapons in PvP take some skill to use...
So to all those whining about nerfs...
Simple answer
YOU SUCK AS MUCH AS I DO!!!

I don't suck at pvp yes there are balance issues with EXOTICS being good but put those in the hands of someone with an fps background and your screwed pulse rifles were under used in pvp because they sucked so why nerf auto rifles

See you said your self you are not great. put those weapons in skilled hands and there ARE weapons that are way more powerful. Just looks the top 50 players. Everyone uses the same gun. So there are balancing issues. I'm never one to use the word or ask for nerfs, but some guns need to be bought inline with the rest.

8 通の返信That's not any proof. A thorn could outgun any gun in the game besides maybe vex. Nothing can come close. Yes you can still kill them and own then etc. but in an equal fight the thorn will kill you and your weapon will only get down their shield. Just because you can't use a weapon doesn't mean it's not OP. I have Thorn/TLW/Vex and some fusion rifles. I can't lose a fight with thorn and I know that it's plain and simple: this game isn't fair. TLW has great impact for it's insane RoF, ok that's fine, but it's range is extremely far. Range needs to be cut down, I shouldn't be sniping ppl with a fast firing Handcannon. Vex can't be outgunned unless at far ranges or thorn. Fusion rifles range needs a nerf.

3 通の返信Skill aside some weapons like last word and light one need a nerf on rof or drop off. Most weapons are fine and you are right, like with thorn, but there ARE some that need fixing. Although those fixes will probably break the weapon.

1 返信This. The amount of threads complaining about handcannons, only to see that the op of the thread has 3 handcannon kills and 10000 shotgun kills.

8 通の返信I forgot about heavy machine guns. They go something like this: Ahh an enemy guardian, open fire.... Trees get split in two. Birds fall from the sky Rabbits blasted off the map Enemy guardian rolling on the floor in the middle of the carnage, laughing his ass off... *side note* Why do heavy machine guns make me want to scream "its alive, its alive"
