What makes a Bungie game or an MMO game such an easy target for criticism, and personal greed?
I was born in 1980. I grew up with NES. I wouldn't dare to even fathom criticizing Nintendo to change anything about the pixel mess Super Mario Bros has always been.
Are these adults whining and complaining about a video game? Blaming an agency, trying to pin blame on why this product they have been working on for years is garbage?
Here's my message to the above author who obviously needs a break from staring at his black box all day; Get a life dude. If you are wasting time spewing negativity about a game that is suppose to bring you joy and entertainment, I can't imagine how miserable random genuine moments may be for you in reality.
What is it about this game and Bungie that makes people so stupid and drunk with selfishness? It almost makes you think if this is the kind of environment Bungie was planning all along. I mean if you think about it, what better way to make strangers compete against other strangers than a false reality world where they have to compete for individuality. Individuality with guns, armor, shaders, any aesthetic urge to please any gamer, trying to shape their guardian into themselves or who they want OTHER players to imagine themselves as.
"Hey, take a look at my rig, is this a good gun? Am I still a noob? Am I a Xmas noob? Does my penis look big in this cape?"
There's a war out for your mind and you mother-blam!-ers don't even realize it. STOP looking at your characters as you, and play the -blam!-ing game the way a corporation wants you to play it. This is not a democracy idiots. It's a -blam!-ing sales market entertaining genre, built to distract people from things like the economy, climate change, ISIS, and whatever fears you aren't willing to admit to yourselves.
Once you start competing against players and not their guardians, Bungie has won. They created a real life cyber battleground out of something that was suppose to be a fantasy world filled with entertainment. It's entertainments douches, Bungie doesn't "OWE" you anything.
In the original Zelda, everyone wants the "Master Sword", but if Capcom gave it to you in the beginning, what would be the point of that world to explore in? We all know that we need to white sword first, and that we need the white ring, in order to get the blue ring in order to get the red ring. It's been going on for ages, it's called suspense you -blam!-ing morons.
