BUNGIE DOESN'T CONTROL XUR
I see a LOT of people hating on Bungie because of what Xur sells. Despite what people say, Xur is completely RNG.
People may counter argue with "But what about Christmas, when they extended his stay?"
Yes, Bungie CAN control Xur. He is a program, nothing more, but they chose to leave him as RNG.
Just saying, take a chill pill people. I get your rage and want for that elusive Exotic, but don't throw everything at Bungie.
Except the lack of vault space and constant Iron Banner. That is BS.
Edit: I would like to respond to some of the calm, level headed people and even amend some stuff, however, I am about to take my finals, so I will reply when I get home and can type on an actual computer and not my phone.

6 通の返信It's not rng. Get your head out of your arse. Notice last week he sold stuff EVERYONE begged for? Then roll out the poop for you. Xur is and will never be rng. It's is based off of votes from a team of 9 and deej (overseer of the other 9) is the final say.

6 通の返信I don't know how long you've been playing destiny, but i have been on the forums and game since week 1. i specifically remember a post bungie made back when xur sold the suros regime they said in the post i quote something similar to '' xur's back in tower for the weekend blah blah blah picked by some of the bungie staff '' probably gonna get asked '' proof or it didn't happen '' well -blam!- i'm not going to go find one of the very first xur post's to prove this, i don't care what people will say about xur but i remember that day and i know 100% they had said staff picked items for xur to sell. any day 1 destiny fans who still play and are active on forums since release who actually read up will remember this and know for it to be true.
