Icebreakers and Mythoclast from XUR?! &***!*#&!###%!%
So I read this rumor that Xur will start selling the Vex Mythoclast?! I mean what in the world?! If that's true (we will find out tonight) then I am totally enraged about this. I mean what the heck?!?! Yes I am a mythoclast user, yes I finished the hard raid 4 times before finally getting the mythoclast via RNG. I feel I ---****ing-- earned it man. Now everyone is poised to get a mythoclast?!! I feel like breaking the vault if I could with my shoulder charges!!!
Also about these Icebreaker sales. Yes I did buy it from Xur last week and no I don't feel he should have sold that either. Now everyone has an Icebreaker. I mean what in the world is Bungie thinking? Is this the way to get people feel competitive about your game? Sure it might attract more noobs and kinderguardians, but what about your older players who have stuck with your game and worked through the grind to get to a higher level with better weapons. How many weeks did I spend with stupid "rare" and "uncommmon" inventory before making it a set of legendary and exotic weapon sets? I mean c'mon .... we are at the endgame. Let us "earn" it (in a way a.k.a. RNG ... damn!) instead of just giving away things for free(almost)?
P.S. - I hope the Mythoclast rumor ain't true and all it gets is an upgrade to 331 damage.

Heard this song on the radio this weekend that reminded me of you. Came in with this crazy whinning sound like a child, with this big buildup then the beat dropped and it was like: DOUCHE DOUCHE DOUCHE WHAAAAAHHHHHEEENEH DOUCHE DOUCHE DOUCHE WHAN WHAN you woulda loved it.

2 通の返信It ain't getting a damage upgrade. Get that out of your head. I hope xur sells it and gally at the same time just to spite you. I'd be okay with RNG if you could grind as hard as you wanted, but since you can only do things once per week per character I say screw it.

7 通の返信Selling the ice breaker was to assist us vets who would be playing CE hard mode when it launched, not to appease all the kinder guardians who don't have the coins for it in the first place. Relax. If you still want to be a special snowflake, there is the ghorn and the mythoclast, as well as thunderlord and hardlight. And the rumors about mythoclast are just that - rumors. Selling it would wipe out the only reason for people to spend time in the VOG. Bungie has made some questionable decisions, but they are not idiots.

Ive done hard atheon over 30 times and no vex... alot of people got it by pushing atheon also. No saying nobody got it legit but after all the people that got it from cheesing and the numver of people that havnt got it after dozens of legit kills i would understand if they let zur sell it. It ganna be obsolete after HoW abyway as its damage will be below sub par

Don't think Xur will sell the vex. But either way isn't Xur helping us fight against the darkness? There isn't a lot of story here but isn't he an "agent of the nine" who sells is weapons, upgrades, and materials to fight the fallen, vex, hive, and cabal? It's his job to sell these things. Maybe send a letter to "the nine" explaining how you don't care about fighting the darkness, you just want RNGesus to provide everything. Maybe the nine will listen favorably to your request. Maybe they will tell you to jump off the guard rail at the tower.
