For The Love Of Traveler Bungie - Please Read This

Bungie...please just give me a moment. I need to know that you are reading these posts. I need to know that you are at the very least empathetic to the pain in them. I know (realistically) you cannot just wave a wand and fix the countless errors keeping us from playing. Bit I need to know you re trying. That's all. We love the game enough to be almost enraged when we cannot stay on for more than 5 minutes. We become irate at the red notification that informs us that the game is attempting to reach the servers. We simply want to enjoy the game we willingly paid for. Please Bungie, I need to know that you are listening. Every single one of your customers know it's most likely not their ISP or connection that's the problem. Please don't continue to talk down to your customers this way. When can we expect some form of explanation/fix for the biggest issues in the game? Fixing the cheese spots? Nope. Wrong focus. Keeping your customers online. THAT is where you should be focused.
