No excuse to not be AT LEAST Lvl 31
You can buy tower gear to get Lvl 31. I'm not carrying your scrub ass thru the raid anymore. Leave your Lvl 29 goof friend out of the raid he can go kick the purple stupid ball in the tower. Go play a casual game like Angry Birds...

1 返信This is actually mostly true. Anybody with a piece of Exotic gear and two pieces of Lvl 31 gear can be a 31.

Unless you make a new character. I had 3 (32, 31, 31) Made a new (first) Titan. I have plenty of accommodations and shards. Don't have vanguard level 2. That's not a quick grind. I'm currently at 27 with 2 exotics and 1 lucky purple drop. The other, old VOGT gauntlets. Had to run normal raid for those. [b]so no, it's not quick and easy.[/b] On top of 2 other characters, we don't have all the time in the world to grind n level up that fast.

And anyone who tells you different is most likely a holed up, narrow minded douche who hasn't realized that getting laid feels better that getting a legendary engram. But you are right, you can buy lvl 31 gear from the vendors.
