Why do 31s think that they deserve to be in the hard raid?
Are you really that bad that you couldn't get 63 shards and 3 raid armor pieces in 6 weeks
You wouldn't take a 28 into VoG hard mode so why do you think 32s should carry you through the raid
Edit: if your gonna raid attempt it with all other 31s and see how far you get, don't bring us 32s down

I've known people who have gotten armS and only arms in the 6 weeks they have tons of shards and energy though. I've got 2 32 but have been unable to get warlock feet or body to drop. So yes it very possible that people have no option to get 32.

I guess time, missed raid attempts, as long as they have maxed out weapons that are good and they have skill also including at least 3 32's they should be fine. Worst scenario is you get sent to boomer duty.

2 通の返信Well my hunter for example has done crota every single week and still has not gotten the chest or the head piece. So why should I be penalized just because I was unlucky?

I would take a 31 with me but if they add mechanics that absolutely require everyone to pull weight then no I would not take a 31. If hard mode is too easy why not add some extra variables for the challenge.
