I've been a Brady fan since he was at Michigan and all the hate he gets is unwarranted. He's the best QB of all time and just a good guy who takes pay cuts to make his team better.

6 superbowls, possibly 4 Super Bowl wins, most post season wins ever, 10 pro bowls, 9 conference championship appearances. As a football fan I'll be rooting for him to cement his place(if he hasn't done so already) as the best quarterback of all time. I love to see history be made. Scary thing is, next year could be the same as this year.

It was a rule long before him, and it has still been a rule since (and applied in the exact same way in several other games). And don't even start to tell me that it was preferential treatment because no one knew who Tom Brady was 3 weeks before that game against Oakland.

No he wouldn't take a pay cut so next season they got rid of him. They figured they could pay Tom way les which they did. Espn regularly shows how cheap they are by intervening players that wouldn't take pay cuts so they released them.

That alone just about guarantees them 5 wins every season. The Jets come close to beating them but never really do.
