Grimoire cards and score I can't seem to get.
Skyshock - I've played this map several times, and won on it, but I still don't have the grimoire card or score for it.
The Wakening - I've played this several times also. On heroic without dying, still no grimoire card or score.
Crucible kills as Titan/Warlock/Hunter. It says you finish it on Bungie.net, but you don't get +5 grimoire score for it.
