That bounty is fair for what you're earning. If you can't complete the bounty, then it wasn't meant to be. Plenty of threads on here about PVP tips to help you get better. I suck at PVP but didn't have any problem completing it. It's worth the effort, since you get a fairly OP gun in the end.
