Or if you have a dedicated raid team of hardcores that never buy from Xur then how would it help you to keep them unequipped? Your argument seems to be that Xur selling exotics makes you feel less special and that the game should revolve around you. This comes off sounding petty and childish. Quite honestly if it bothers you that much, it may be time to find a game that caters to those tastes more.

Xur is nothing more than another weekly crack at RNG loot. Doesn't break anything. No more than being able to get any exotic in ROC strikes, crucible, nightfall, raids, engrams, etc does. Your problem isn't, or shouldn't be with Xur, it's with the lack of items available and/or the RNG system in general.

The 3 strikes you have to do are pretty hard. And if doing those strikes only gives you crap, the no one would play this and/or progress. You are just a person who is hating because people are progressing. Think about it. You are at the top and everyone else at the bottom. Is that what you want? Bungie put Xur in the game so that people who have school and want to play the game, can actually play and not have to grind it out like you probably do. Saying that "Xur ruins the game" is like saying " Vanguard, Crucible, Factions, Cryptarch, and anyone else who helps you....ruins the game"

Who said exotics should be rare...everyone should have a chance to get them. I almost have every exos in the game and some of them are bought who cares? The "casuals" you talk about rarely have more than one caracter and don't always have the time to grind for strange coins so it's still hard for them to buy from Xur, only hardcores can buy his whole inventory each week. I'd pay to see how pissed you are when Xur sells one of your precious exo and everyone runs around with it, it must suck for you real bad... Poor Meg, go fill my bucket of tears.

This game is 100% luck, Zur is there for people who are not very lucky, I'm always at the top of the list in kills in everything I do and have played since the beta, but yet there are weapons that have eluded the shit out of me. So know what your talking about and have a valid argument before posting some dumb shit like that. Thanks champ and you have a great day

I think Xur is there more to make up for people who have bad luck and can't get exotics through RNG. Also, I don't think exotics were ever meant to be rare, just unique. That's why they limit you to only using one at a time. They knew everyone would have multiple exotics, and that's how they intended for it to be. Lastly, be glad everyone has good weapons. It makes raids easier.
