It really is quite ridiculous, especially when you consider that if a TItan or a Hunter doesn't get lucky with raid drops and needs one more piece, they can equip an exotic in any of the 4 slots to get to max level.
Warlocks? We need the raid boots. We will ALWAYS need the raid boots. Why?
