xur spoils hardwork
Xur should stop selling exotics you should be only able to acquire exotics through hard work I.e raid,nightfall,good stats in pvp. Exotics should be achieved through doing something that's difficult. Xur should just sell upgrades for exotics. Nothing more. Bet you my ice breaker everyone will be rolling with it this week.
Xur is not the only problem what I'm saying is exotics should be rare. If you play pvp and get the most kills least deaths you should be rewarded. If you complete a raid u should be rewarded. If you do a nightfall have the most kills and revived alot of team members you should be rewarded. If you do a strike and not just wait at the beginning and have alot of kills you should be rewarded. Then you should be able to go to xur at weekends to spend your strange coins on upgrades for a weapon that you've earned. Not got through luck or purchased. That way exotics remain exotic.

Why am I playing this stupid fücking game, day after day, week after week, month after month, earning the most valuable of rewards, when other people can acquire the same top tier rewards after mere days of participation? The lottery is so ridiculous! I've purchased hundreds and hundreds of tickets! I've earned my wealth! These people, who win money after buying one or two tickets, are nothing more than pitiful scrubs! They aren't as good as I! I deserve to be on top! I'm a fücking WINNER!

2 通の返信So grinding the weekly multible times or recieving coins from the nightfall isnt working just as hard as you? You recieved it in one flip of a coin that we call rng when others had to go through multible weeklies, nightfalls, and raids to be disapointed everytime. Xur selling it is mearly giving people a chance to recieve payment for what they worked for, if anything a lot of people worked harder than you for it. The word "earn" holds no meaning in destiny. And if nothing else thanks xur for teaching you a valuable lession on building up self image around a item because others we eventually obtain that item leaving you to pity yourself and hate others for it.

Exotics are rare. I have played almost 300 hours and never had a reward or drop of an exotic. I have either completed a bounty (I really do like this method) or bought from xur. All of my hard work as you put it has never been rewarded in vog or nightfall. Yet noobs hard work of sitting afk have garnered them exotics.

If I were to only count on rng I would have 4 exotic weapons excluding the ones I got from bounties. Look at my hrs played if you don't think I have been working my ass off to earn my gear you sir are wrong. Yet friends of mine who have far less hrs have gotten tons of exotics. Even when my friends couldn't even get trough a nightfall or needee me to carry them trough a raid. I got nothing and they would get an exotic. Please shut the -blam!- up about earning shit. You earn nothing in this game.

Every single aspect of this game and its loot is purely based off of luck. I have done the last twelve nightfalls and what do I have to show for it? A Mida Multi-Tool. That is all. Oh, and a sh*t ton of worthless materials. My friend only did two nightfalls and he got IB and Hard Light. Another friend did one nightfall and got Ghorn. I approve of Xur selling Exotics. He dishes out justice when the loot system won't. "Earners" are nothing more than people that are in massive denial. All drops are luck-based. I earned my 120+ coins, so I earned my shiny new IB and Obsidian Mind that I have been cheated out of for months.

Your agreement is moot since the drops are random. Even when you complete Raids, Nightfalls, and the Weekly Heroic Strikes you're not guaranteed an exotic. I received ascendant materials three weeks in a row. And I guess by your measure I didn't do anything to earn the strange coins to buy the exotics either I guess they just magically appeared in my inventory.

8 通の返信You earn strange coins from nightfall mostly ether way you look at it content is being completed its just one was lucky enough to receive n exotic at the end of a strike where as the other had to save up the strange coins they got from the end of a strike

clearly you do not understand what exotic is supposed to mean. it doesnt mean ultra rare, it means ultra different. an ice breaker is exotic because it has an extremely unique perk, its the only gun in the game that has this perk. that makes it rare in that it is the only one of its kind, exotic. but that doesnt make it scarce. what you are proposing, to award exotics for being the topped ranked player in the hardest events, would lead to FAR MORE exotics running around in players hands than the current system. millions of players complete the nightfalls every week and millions more are the topped ranked player in crucible matches EVERY DAY. with your system that would mean there are millions of new exotics being awarded all the time, which im willing to bet is far and away more than the current system. it wouldnt make exotics more rare, it would make them far more common. the only difference is it rewards the topped ranked players. but that doesnt mean it would reward the best players. how long do you think it would take before fire teams would start carrying and boosting their friends stats by letting them hang back and get all the kills while the rest die so that way their friend comes out on top at the end of the game so he can get the exotic they all have already? about 5 mins? far more scrubs would get exotics than already do now, because the chances would be several times higher than just once a week for 2 days.

Also, most exotics in this game don't even worth the name "exotic", this game has totally FXXKED up with item rarity, item diversity, item drop rate and item's true quality. Xur is simply the savior for people who don't have the luck. (Have you seen anyone got all 20 exotic weapons before November without purchasing from xur? I do, i witnessed my friend got that luck with my own eye, with two Ghorn three hawkmoon three vex mythoclast, so if you really want things to be a little bit fair for everybody, keep xur's business.)

Give it up, I'm sure your thumbs and fingers are so tired from all of your hard work. Lol. I like the idea of more people having great weapons. Helps the "team" out....Maybe you should try being a team player and you would feel differently.
