Do you shard exotics?
Personally, I keep at least one of each in hopes that they might get better. I'm looking at you, universal remote and no land beyond. I do have three icebreakers that I have on each character, and I've been leveling them for quite a while.

1 返信I level all my exotics on my scrap list to 2nd to last upgrade and than scrap. You get an extra exotic shard for about 4000 glimmer and 50 something material

2 通の返信I don't have a hunter, so anything I get via engrams for that gets dismantled. And No Backup Plans. Those too.

Now I'm trying to decide if it's more cost efficient to dismantle my fist for shards and buy a new one or wait to upgrade it.

I have already sharded suros, read dead, spare gjallarhorn, plan c, NLB, universal remote, the last word, like 3 spare Vex Mythoclasts etc. There is no point having full vault of weapons which I never equip. When did you used pocket infinity or plan c last time? I know I have never...

I shard all but the most useful of copies. I have two Icebreakers that I switch around between my characters. I have four Vex Mythoclasts. One is maxed and three are sitting in my vault as trophies. Numbers five and six, however, were dismantled. I also keep one of each exotic for collection purposes. If it's my only, say, Hard Light, I ain't gon dismantle that. Might wanna have some fun later. When I get a 331 max copy I'll shard the old one to feed the new.
