If everyone in IB was the same -blam!-ing level, what would the point of the game mode be?

30-32 have little to no difference in iron banner, and for the record I'm not the one with a pointless thread. Level 20+ can lead an iron banner fireteam, so you can't be sure that they were brought in by a level 30. Do some research before complaining.
