WTF is wrong with people when fighting atheon?
It's like people have turned into retards since Crota has arrived.
Just been in 2 Groups with people running around like headless chickens.
Extra people running through the potal to help out which isn't needed because I never even saw this happen until 2 or 3 weeks ago. If the 2 people without the relic can't handle the oracles you shouldn't be in the raid.
People constantly getting blown up outside from supplicants.
I picked the shield up once and the 2 people couldn't even get the third oracle down.
Americans/Canadians are the only ones I actually feel confident with completing the raids and I'm British.
Iv just done the Crota raid twice and only wiped like twice all the way through.

2 words: Christmas Noobs They are all getting to that level to do the raids and they have no clue, I have carried like 3 guys though VoG and 1 through CE, loosen up, find you a group of guys that are your raid Crew if it bugs you too bad

14 通の返信I recently killed Atheon for the first time on hard and I had trouble with the oracles. I was using a fully maxed out Auto Rifle at 331 and it was taking more than one clip to kill an oracle. I'm primarily a hand cannon guy but you don't get many shots before you have to reload and that takes precious time. I finally ended up using my SGA 2.0 and with that I could pretty much solo all the oracles. I don't really have anything to compare it to, but it was hard with a regular primary. I would have used a fusion, but I didn't want to have to switch to sniper as I was trying to get to the middle and put rounds on Atheon, not to mention the fact that you loose rounds when you do that. I thought maybe it was just me having trouble since I didn't have a lot of experience, but others in my group were saying the same thing. Just my $.02

2 通の返信Oh yeh, the vog hard players have gotten significantly worse post crota. I'm now getting teams that can't complete confluxes, oracles and have trouble with Atheon. I've had to do Atheon's like 10 or so times just because people somehow don't know how to kill oracles. "You alright in there?" "Yeh" You have succumb to the oracles You have succumb to the oracles You have succumb to the oracles You have succumb to the oracles My only conclusion is that there must be a ton of "fake" 30/ 31's going around. In other words people who just bought their way to 30/31 and now think "hey, I can do hard vog now". No you can't people....

11 通の返信You know Atheons bugged to hell, right? We were on Venus and the Oracles wouldn't did, I literally unloaded a full clip from a fully upgraded Song of Ir Yut into 1 Oracle and it did nothing, another time I came out of the portal and a supplicant blew me straight up, the F uck!!!! Another time I picked up the Relic and it wouldn't cleanse anyone... Maybe you had some bugged runs?

3 通の返信I hate when, and this goes for the Crota raid as well, when I ask who's doesn't know what to do and am greeted with silence. Especially when it's obvious people don't have a clue. Do everyone a favor, and ask what's going on so it goes more smoothly for everyone.

Noobs and trollers, we came across two lads the other night that trolled us, getting blown up by sups, dropping the relic, jumping when waiting to be teleported, jumping onto ledges and dying from atheon at the start, walking up to the praetorian and doing nothing! Sigh.

And I've been running across a lot of people that bailed on Destiny and are just coming back. Doing Atheon for the first time. Even though I can't say the same for myself... some people do have a life OFFLINE.

I am not a VOG "veteran", nor am I the most skilled, but I've done it and I know how it's done. And I sure as hell know that if I don't get teleported, my job is to kill the -blam!-ing supplements! I rarely lose my temper gaming, but I raged pretty hard at these kids when EVERY SINGLE TIME I exit the portal there are 25,000 supplements flying around. What the hell were you guys doing the whole time we were in there?!?

Apweber42により編集済み: 1/15/2015 3:34:37 PMLast night my group almost beat it in one teleport on hard. Lots of black hammers and two gjallarhorns :) barely missed one teleport and got him as soon as the shield ran out of the portal the second time. Fastest I've ever beaten him.

3 通の返信Sometimes I run through the portal after destroying the oracles but it doesn't take me back to Atheon. Anyone know why this happens.

I blam the Christmas noobs. They think they can get to 30+ and be fine in hard mode. Even though their weapons are still garbage and they don't know the mechanics. Very annoying. Luckily for me, I got the mythoclast last night finally. Which was the last item I was looking for. So I don't feel the need to 'stick it out' any longer. Now if I join a group and everyone is below 2k grim I'll just leave instead of hoping for the best.
