It's called an MMO. not COD

In all honesty, you should stop playing (if you haven't already). By all means still come on the forums and post but just stop playing the game. If you are still actively playing it while hating it, then you are hurting your cause. Here's the situation. There are many people out there who are fed up with the game, yet continue to play it anyway. Then they come on the forums and post things like this, hoping for change. That change will never come if you continue down that road. Why? Because of the numbers. Numbers such as # of active accounts playing at a given time, # of hours the community has racked up in the game, # of times VoG has been run, # of times Crota has been run. You, and people like you, are contributing to those numbers, giving Bungie and Activision a false sense of security in thinking that they made a quality game. We can leave as much feedback here as we want but they won't give it the time of day as long as the numbers are still in their favor. So stop playing. Stop contributing to those numbers that Bungie and Activision use to shield themselves from criticism. Once those numbers start to dwindle, they'll have no choice but to change because if they don't, the money will start to dry up. And as we all know, money is the only thing Activision cares about.

Well I'm gonna keep playing because I find the game fun and don't get angry about it that easily

I will say this. If the next dlc is terrible and they don't release anything between march and September. I think many will put this game in the bottom of the pile. Not wasting anymore time on it. There are way to many games coming out this year to be playing a lackluster destiny. They better bring it and if they don't. They will be left behind .

Yeah, this next 'DLC' coming out could end Destiny for many loyal fans. Such a joke.

I'm going to keep playing bc I season passed house of wolves and if I payed for it I'm playing it but after that I think I'm done... keep my eye on the news and if people start having positive things to say or bungie fixes some of these issues or if this game starts looking like anything other than a giant grinding time vacuum maybe I'll start playing again but as Is alot if my friends have already quit which was why I bought the game/season pass in the first place

A bit bitter but I cant argue. I have two friends that refuse to play this game any longer pretty much because of what you posted. If Bungie would spend less time fixing things that are not broken and more time making new stuff that then they would likely have more people playing. Some of the design choices in this game just don't make sense.

Let's call it what it is. A bunch of skateboarders wanted to build a skate park that they could use and take their girlfriends (if they exist) and meet other skateboarders. Problem is that someone has to repair the ramps, and add the new attractions and take out the trash etc. They suckered everyone into paying for it and then burned up the money that would have made things great on frivolous things. Then they got stuck patching things together last minute so they could still meet the deadlines to have their park and try to make it seem like they didn't piss away 500mil. They are the only people that are allowed to have fun in their park and the only time they get off of their asses is to prevent someone from having fun that is not under their control. Meanwhile they do not put soap or toilet paper in the bathrooms and do nothing for general upkeep of the park. The park maps shows the original bill of goods they sold you but all of the listed attractions are "under repair" or "coming later for additional cost". Iron banner is just an extension of their game because they want to team up in the guise of "working" and use all the cool stuff that no one else can get and go beat down those annoying upstart customers. Meanwhile, attendance at the park is dwindling and customer hopes are fading fast. I already paid for the next ride so the remaining suckers that pre bought will probably see that through. Then the lies and hype and "bait and switch" will fall on deaf ears as the customers go to the other parks in town that provide a quality product.

DeeJ - I see most of the trending topics at the moment are about how Bungie and you don't listen to us about feedback. I would love I see a development board and timeline of the player feedback features you have implemented and are going to implement. Or a poll in the forums with voting system for the community to vote for the next feedback feature you have time to implement. Let us know what you are actively working on. What are some your favourite suggestions from us. Write a blog about it weekly. Anything. Keep us engaged.

Are you high? In-game voice chat, requested by us. More room for bounties, requested by us. Much easier ways to obtain planet materials, requested by us. We also have the occasional Queen's Wrath and Iron Banner events. They gave Iron Banner a complete overhaul because we requested it. We haven't seen Queen's Wrath in a whole because we complained about certain aspects and they want to improve upon them... Bungie is listening and is keeping us entertained. You must be hard to please or haven't been paying much attention.

Once HoW drops, it'll be time for me to decide whether Destiny is still worth my time. This game has no more to offer, nothing to aim for

Well they did have the Queen's Wrath event. But the reason why there is no new content is that Bungie are forever fixing exploits instead of coursing on the real issues

I agree man. There was a lot that was promised pre-launch. I can't stop thinking about the showing at E3 back in 2013. That's what makes mad about this game! Where's all of that content and game play that was shown off as "this is what you can expect to do. It's in the game!" Then there is the matter of rehashing all the same missions, all the same strikes, getting countless green drops when I have a level 30 character... WTF am I going to do with all those green weapons and armor? I like the game, I really do! However I find it hard to keep coming back to play. Especially this week with the return of the Iron Banner, again... How about some PvE INVASION events? Or how about some strike team space exploration events? Live events like the other MMO's do! Hell if I have to pay 5, 10, 20 or purchase a pass to have monthly new content or even every other month I'd do it!
