If these were legendary weapons I would agree with you, but the fact they are exotics means you really cant compare them to legendary weapons solely of the fact they don't follow the same rules. You've said it better your self, Thorn can kill people with its DoT even if your behind cover, Hawkmoons 3 ace's can 1-2 hit somebody, and TLW lets you can fan that hammer while keeping the damage of a Handcannon. I honestly don't see a reason to Nerf these weapons because we all aren't just using one of these.
