Hello, I've found lots of information on how to farm for public events. It was useful to actually do them but there's something I don't understand. I did them at lvl 11 and did not get any Marks. Is there something I'm missing? Do I need to have Vanguard reputation 1 to get any marks or is it a problem with the lvl? Thanks!
