Sick of the "Majority" of Girls on Destiny.
Sick of this attention seeking BS that they do on video games. Claiming to "just want to play". They must think some guys are really stupid with the way they act, then the threads they make on here. GUYS ARE MEAN TO ME!!! THEY KICK ME FROM THE FIRETEAM. First off, BS. Secondly, they hit on you, not kick you. I dont speak for every situation, but the majority.... Making a clan for only females? PLEASE. Show me a clan that is for guys only. You wont see one because its rude, disrespectful to the other gender, and girls would then complain on here about that. (thus getting more attention)
Funny part about this is, my girlfriend asked me to make this thread because she said when shes on these forums a good portion of all the posts by girls are attention seeking posts.
(she is one of them hahaha, cant wait for her to see this)
My clan has several females in it, but one thing i dont tolerate from any member is complaining constantly, begging for attention, playing favorites. So its true that ive had to kick 2 females for basically using males in the clan to help them. Some males are weak to the seducing female gamer.
The same can be said about males hitting on females, ive had to kick several of them because the girls were getting annoyed and messaged me about it.
Remember this is my own opinion that no one has to respect. I only bring it up because usually gamers are judged for acting differently online than they would ingame correct? This applies to females too. Guys like to talk tough, etc etc etc. We have an anonymous factor in these online games. Same goes for girls, but instead of acting tough, you could say some sound flirty sometimes. This doesnt apply to all male or female gamers.
ANYWHO there are a lot of studies out there that will prove these opinions of mine generally correct, but again.... THIS DOES NOT MEAN ALL GIRLS OR FEMALES.

EDIT: Just for the awareness, no girls have yet disagreed with me fully. Only guys. Keep that in mind.

2 通の返信I really don't have an opinion on this since I haven't experienced anything you speak of. What I have experienced is both guys AND girls doing all of the above to everyone they can, so clearly there are just a lot of a-holes in the gaming community. Only thing I haven't experienced are gender-locked clans, however I really have no problem if a group of girls want to have girls only or a group of guys want to have guys only. There are a million people to play with, 100 of them can make a guy or girl only clan.

i know a few female gamers (girl gamer is not a good term to be honest they are the ones who usually are seeking attention.) female gamers on the other hand are the ones who will kick your ass in pvp just as quickly as anyone else and who plays to have fun. I have had to tell a couple people to be nice but mostly males are quite kind to them, not really flirting ether just gamers playing a game and not caring for gender. The ones who make the threads and female only clans are doing so for attention. i have had friends like that as well and got sick of the constant bs from them. So remember ladies if you like games and are female don't be one of THOSE, and if your male and act like a douche to females welp...not much i can say other then grow up.

2 通の返信Well you see here is the problem throughout history men have given women everything they wanted that the man could afford to give. Women have gotten used to this and encourage men to continue doing so. However women were given independence some time ago and this gift conflicts with the idea of being given things in life. So there is a conflict for women in wanting to keep independence and still receive help and gifts from men. Many women have come to a conclusion for this problem and that is to accept the gifts and help of men while claiming to be independent keeping the title only and distorting the definition. This attention seeking behavior is a manner in which women draw attention from men who then proceed to help/give to the woman. From the mans perspective it is a primitive ideal "she's a woman I have to help." this ideal is often engrained in the subconscious. From the woman's perspective it is also a primitive ideal of "he's a man he has to help." often buried in the subconscious as well. The men who do not help women and the women who do not seek or accept help have altered their ideals based on social conditions stating women as being capable and independent. So there in comes the 3 choices: 1: See women as less capable and in need of help. "The Sexist" 2: Subconsciously see women as less capable and in need of help. "The Hippocrates" 3: See women as just as capable and don't need help. "The Jerk"

20 通の返信For the most part, I agree. But I've experienced the asshole guy on my raid team and yes, he was being sexist. However (and I hope this makes sense) I don't think he was doing it to BE sexist, he was just an asshole and was using my gender against me. Like he would have used whatever he could have to make fun of me. Dames of Destiny (which I assume is what you're talking about) has male members as well, but is marketed as a safe place for females to go and a safe list of clan members to play with who they know won't harass them. Sexism does still exist, whether you (or your GF) want to admit it. And since guys are allowed, your point about it being rude and disrespectful is moot. Guys HAVE clans that are mostly guys anyways, so I'm not sure how that even applies. Yes, some girls are attention seeking hohohohos. Just like some guys are egotistical pricks. You posted the thread, but claim that it was at the request of your GF, which is strange on its own. Can she not post her own opinion? To me, this thread is absolutely no different from the attention seeking girls.

I dont care whether its a dude or a dudette xD as long as they dont go too far and annoy me or anyone else. I dont mind if people are inexperienced in destiny. When they mention it i just tell them its alright follow me and listen to what i say. But if you dont know what to do and your just talking and talking and doing usseless stuff, and not listening. Ill warn first.then kick second time if they dont stop. Btw how is ure fame doing fluffy?

For someone who claims to have evidence to back up your claim, you sure didn't supply much evidence to back up your claim. Try to stay away from exaggerating. Since you don't know most girl gamers, and don't have enough of a sample size in your post to support your statements regarding most girl gamers, you've basically made an opinion post that you then tried to pass off as fact.
